Yes, if you have an existing domain name and want to use it for your AwardsCart store, we can can help you through making the appropriate changes with your domain registrar. This typically it involves changing a few settings for the domain's nameservers or DNS. We would have you make the changes only after you are comfortable that your new AwardsCart store has been set up to your liking. This way you can still have your old site working and only perform the domain switchover when you give the ok.
If you have email accounts for your current domain and want those transferred over as well, then we will have to setup the new email accounts within our system and coordinate the move.
