Set one wholesale level if you are just configuring for Tax Exempt Customers
After you save changes go to "Browse Users"
You will be brought to the page below. Search for the user(s) you want to set as Tax Exempt
Once you get proper documentation from your customer stating they are Tax Excempt you can change their profile
When you click on the user you will be brought to their user profile page
Select the WholeSaler level (You designated for tax exempt customers) for your customer
Once you save changes your customer will be Tax Exempt
